It will results in a $250 fine. - Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. - There will be a 99$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. - We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
